  • 2 tablespoons Kairusi Fish Curry Masala
  • 1 tablespoon Kairusi Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon tamarind paste (adjust based on sourness preference)
  • 1 sprig curry leaves
  • 2-3 green chilies (optional, for additional heat)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as needed

Instructions:
