- 500g mutton (cut into pieces)
- 2 tablespoons Kairusi Homemade Mutton Masala
- 2 large onions (finely chopped)
- 2 tomatoes (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 2 tablespoons oil or ghee
- 1 teaspoon Kairusi Turmeric Powder
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup water (adjust as needed)
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:
- Prepare the Mutton:
- Clean and wash the mutton pieces. Pat them dry with paper towels.
- Cook the Onions:
- Heat oil or ghee in a large pan or pressure cooker over medium heat.
- Add finely chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
